The car wash damaged my car and owner still haven’t taken any form of action. The car wash is multifunctional so I don’t suggest anyone using it. I got everything captured on my dam cam. They should ensure it’s functioning properly!

When your vehicle is dirty this location is better than other car wash with host foam and pressure washing. But still should be better because even this one can make the vehicle super clean. Just better than others. The good thing is the vacuum is included in the package and the vacuum quality is really good. Other thing is this location is not busy and you don’t need to stay in line for car wash.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Petro-Canada car wash location 695 Major Mackenzie Drive E., Richmond Hill on Jan 23rd at 10pm.nI hold a season car wash pass and visited the station to use it, but the Petro-Canada app was not working. When I approached the staff at the station for assistance, I was told that it was not their responsibility and that I needed to call customer service.nnI tried calling customer service twice, but no one answered as it was past business hours. When I informed the staff of this, they were dismissive and extremely unhelpful. After wasting over 30 minutes of my time, they finally claimed that the car wash was out of service. If that was true, they should have told me right from the beginning instead of misleading me and wasting my time.nnThis level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Not only was I treated poorly, but the staff also lied to me instead of addressing the issue or providing a proper solution. I expect better from Petro-Canada, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve both your app functionality and the attitude of your staff.

Very Bad experience with this car wash company, multiple times of failure in using the system via apps to wash the car for seasonal pass , almost 10 cars experience the worst situation, bad customer service staff is not helpful to solve the problem whatever there are more than 10 cars drivers complaining.
