Parts store is great. Peterbuilt pricing is painful as always

Great experience dealing with the parts department. Greeted with friendly hellos from both staff members,and after searching inventory for filters,which were not in stock,they went the extra mile to help me cross the numbers and locate locally. While we waited to hear from another vendor,fresh coffe was offered to me. The atmosphere was great and the service on point. Very knowledgeable. Will be back for coffee and parts! Thank you!

Horrible customer service, been waiting on a call back about a issue with a bran new truck for close to 3 weeks, call every couple days and they say we are busy, someone will call you back, stay away from red deer peterbilt, take your money and business to Edmonton

Great parts sections. They heave heaps of stuff in stock and the staff are helpful, the store is also nice and clean.

They tell you it will take two days before they even look at it. Look at the truck say we need these parts it will take a day or two. That one star is to many
