Both my animals are using products from this company. My cat was diagnosed with Kidney disease about a year ago. The vet did not offer any suggestions other than to only give her wet food. I had some more questions a day later and called. I was not allowed to speak with the vet but strongly encouraged to make another $120 appointment. Ridiculous. I purchased the Kidney Support drops and have been treating her with them daily. I text Pet Wellbeing and ask for advice and am promptly answered with caring knowledgeable information. My cat has gained back weight and runs around the house like a kitten on occasion she is 18 years old after all. What more could we wish for our pets! My beautiful rescue dog has serious anxiety issues and takes nearly a week to recover from New Year's fireworks. He will be utilizing the Calming Care and the Stress Gold. This company has absolutely fantastic customer service and genuinely is concerned for your pets health. With the difficulty obtaining vet care and the HUGE bills that accompany a mostly incomplete visit I recommend these holistic treatments after you have consulted with them for your uniquely suited solutions. I purchased the 2oz Young at heart after my beloved Tobykins was treated for pneumonia. The vet said he needed some other meds and they had very nasty side effects. After the first few doses I sat on the floor with my 12 yr old Bugg crying happy tears. I now have the 4oz young at heart on a subscription. The natural products gave me my Tobykins back. I have always gone the natural route with Tobykins. Exceptions when he needed an antibiotic. Thank you very much!!!!

I contacted Pet Wellbeing to try and cancel the order and it had already been sent. They were amazing when they told me that they would reimburse me, but not to worry about sending the product back and suggested I donate it to help another pet. Pet Wellbeing is truly amazing. I recently lost my beloved dog Timber of 16yrs. I had a product which was unopened which I did not get to use. I was not sure if this could be returned as I did have it for awhile. After sending my inquiry I received nothing but compassion and the return was taken care of without issue. I have used other products and was completely satisfied and would definitely use again. I definitely recommend this company and their products.
My male cat was near death, was diagnosed with urinary tract disease. He'd been on medication and pain relief, from the vet. However within a few weeks was worse than ever. I have a 6yrs old female cat named Arya. Last year she started overgrooming her legs and belly. After many many trips to the vet they found she gets recurrent UTIs. Nothing worked, not the antibiotics, anxiety meds, prescription diet or water fountain. Last time they sugested the use of very risky antibiotic that its given with fluids. I dont know how to thank them. My pet died before we got the product and I emailed them to let them know I would want a return label but they immediately refunded me and sent me a sweet email asking me not to trouble myself and maybe donate the product later. I actually ended up giving it to a friend who has not started using it and would love to leave an update about that as well but look at the hand-written card they sent me. Im just a one time customer and they really did touch our hearts.
