Great service, friendly staff. Used the self serve pet grooming bathing area. Did not know I was supposed to book in advance, but they had no one using for the next hour so I was able to get my Husky bathed and dried. The supply of deshedder shampoos and condotioners was a pretty good deal for 16bucks.

They've moved from the north end of the building, south and closer to Dollarama. Lots of room now and NEW DOG-WASH STATION -- JUST FABULOUS. For less than $12, including tax, they offer a luxury spa-like setting to wash your pooch. There's two steps up and then Fido steps over a ledge into the tub area, tether him/her to a handrail and you can step away to set up. My dog is a hundred pounds, and I think there'd almost be room for two of her.nnTowels provided you're not limited to just one; several shampoo options puppy, oatmeal, 2-in-1, conditioner ... there was another that I can't remember; mix your hot and cold to just the right temperature and then squeeze the nozzle when you're ready to start. The dog is elevated, so no back-breaking bending over while you scrub. A couple of lathers, rinse, towel off and then there's a blower to dry.nnWhen you detach the tether, you're in a gated area, so no worries of an escape while you pack up. One hour appointments give you plenty of time. This is just the best idea, and they clean up -- though manners say you should do a preliminary clean-up. I will never struggle to bathe her at home again.nnThank you so much, Pet Valu. This is BRILLIANT, and worth every cent !!!!
The dog bath is amazing and so much easier than bathing your pet at home.The staff is always helpful and friendly!
