Brought my maltipoo dog in to get groomed and did not get what I asked for at all. The first time we brought my dog here they did a good job, and the second time we went we asked for exactly that was on file. They did not follow the file at all. She claimed he was very matted and needed to be shaved, but I KNOW he was not that matted. He does have anxiety, especially when separated from me, but he always calms down and it has never been an issue. She seemed to blame this all on my dog and us and took no accountability for how unhappy we were. My dog also seems very uncomfortable now, almost naked. This has also happened to a friend of ours, with the same groomer and the same situation. Will not be returning.
It’s very convenient that PetValu has more than one location in Peterborough. It’s a great store with wonderful products for pets, and the staff is always friendly, helpful and very kind to customers and animals. Thank you, PetValu!
Great pet shop Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff make each trip a learning experience. If you have a fur baby, try the dog bath station, I don't know why I waited so long! Great winter refresh
I moved to Lindsay recently and have been very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I bought a joint supplement for my mastiff that unfortunately she does not need now. I returned it , no receipt and put the money towards another bag of food. I also got a discussion about injuries which was helpful. So thank you
Such great staff, so caring and knowledgeable for all your pet needs. Prices are high for toys, but high quality products sold here. We absolutely love taking our dog Caity for the self serve dog wash. They provide towels shampoo conditioner and a blow dry! It takes about 20 minutes for the full experience and costs about $12! You also earn rewards points for shopping here
