This is a great place to get your dog groomed! We have two westies (rescued) and could not find a suitable groomer as they have difficult behaviors. After several terrible experiences we found Bonnie. We were anxious when we first went to Bonnie as all the other groomers could not handle them (came out with terrible haircuts). Bonnie assured us that they would be fine and they were . She did a fabulous job (and continues to do so) for both. They look great after a visit to her, not to mention they quite like going there! Never thought either of them would “strut” walking into the groomer but they sure do now! I would recommend her to anybody! Top notch grooming!

We have been having our dog groomed at Pet Stuff & Pet Styles for over 5 years. In the first year with our dog we had tried several groomers before we found PS&PS. We were very impressed with how they treat our dog and the excellent job they do grooming her and trimming her nails in between grooms. They are always very responsive to any suggestions or changes I request. I am happy to leave my dog with them because of the good care they take of her.

Very bad experience!!! Bought a groupon and made appointment for next saturday. At the place, I was told the groupon applies for new customers only - which does not say on groupon fine print "Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per visit". FOR THE OWNER ITS COMMON SENSE THAT "LIMIT 1 PER VISIT" IS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. When it clearly states that limit 1 per VISIT! NOT LIFE!. She offer my later full price of 85$ - But I had to pay everything. She said that I cannot pay the difference which is clearly against groupon rules!! Owner started complaining that shes losing money on groupon, and that she needs to feed her children etc. So unprofessional. At the end she offered me that if I pay 85$ cash she will waive tax which is again unprofessional and illegal. Instead of getting new customers with groupon she lost one. Very unpleasant experience!

terrible experience, I have a golden retriever that needed a full body shaving which should have been very simple. I dropped my dog off ten in the morning and picked him up four in the afternoon and he looked like he went thru shredding machine, not only that he spent there six hours , he also looked terrible, he was thirsty, hungry and needed to go to the bathroom badly. Store looked run down, they take dogs somewhere downstairs in the basement and god knows. I paid in full for her services although I wasn't happy, in order for her to fix my dog she would have to take him again down to basement and my dog dont like the stairs, anyhow, never again
