We took our Jack Russell mix dog in for grooming and they did a great job. Almost time for another trim! They seemed caring and fun and she loved the attention. I love wandering the store and seeing new products. I always leave with more than I go for. Dogs are welcome guests so it is fun seeing other people's dogs three too.

I took my dog a sheltie today to get groomed. He was very matted and needed a bath. A nice friendly gentleman named William did the grooming and he did a great job. I am. Very happy with the grooming job. He spent a lot of time on my dog and it’s so much appreciated. He is a great groomer

Our dog's favourite spot! We love taking our pup here after a trip to the dog park, she always yanks us as hard as she can to get into the store because she knows she will be treated by a cashier with a cookie. Dog toy and treat selection is vast, which isn't the case at all locations that I have been to. The food section is also very large. The grooming centre and training programs come highly recommended, though we do most of that ourselves. Great location, always clean and with very friendly staff!

They have a good Supply I bought cat and dog foods with many other foods and attachments for other animals staff is friendly stock is always up-to-date and clean they even have a training for dogs

Visited this location few days before deciding to purchase a Robo Dwarf Hamster. Excellent customer service, patience and thorough information from Cass was a major deciding factor prior to the purchase. I came back few days later and took a cute, little pet with confidence and content.
