The owner or whoever helped us was unbelievably nice. Gave us a free can of food to try, told us we can return a package of raw meat if our dog doesn't like the first few paddies, and probably has an answer to any pet related question. The pet store to go too hands down.

Very disappointing. They used to be my go to place for food and grooming before I bought two "organic" raw bones for my dogs that nearly killed them from whatever bacteria that was on them. Spent over $900 at the vet for one of them before we figured out how to treat them both. Not one person there would admit it could have possibly been those bones and said they must have gotten sick from something else. Well they don't go to dog parks, they only leave our yard if they're with us and on leash, and they were only eating their dog food, other than those bones. Even the vet said it was the bones but no "We're sorry" from Pet Solutions. I guess they don't like to admit they could have carried a tainted product. I'm so thankful I got them to the vet before they couldn't be saved. Such a discouraging experience. How hard would it have been to say I'm sorry?
