The cuisine we are creating is not like the typical Mexican fare you may have had before. We gather our culinary style from a geographical region extending from Southern Mexico to Northern Montana developing a unique mountain Mexican fusion. All of our menu items are handmade from the fresh salsas to the hand-pressed tortillas. This restaurant is about using fresh,local, seasonal ingredients and blending flavors and the cultures.

Had an amazing dinner tonight. Like all the best dishes, I'm not exactly sure of all the ingredients but the Ahi Special was indeed very special. We dined at Pescado Blanco for our anniversary on January 29 and had an outstanding dinner--the Special of the night so decided to come again for an early Valentine Days dinner and enjoyed another great special. There is a lot of competition in Whitefish for you dining $ but right now Pescado Blanco is my #1!

Sat at the bar, which seemed a better ambience than the dining room. Had delicious elk sausage tacos, and Mexican chocolate cake for dessert (very good, but super rich, happy I shared it). The house chips and salsa are great. Overall a good experience, and I am looking forward to returning!

Extremely poor service. We waited for 20 minutes without so much as a word from the hostess. When we politely asked how long it would be as we had another appointment to get to we were rudely informed she was the only one on the floor and it would be “as long as it takes.” When asked to speak to the owner he was equally as rude. We won’t be back. If you want customers even if you’re slammed at least be apologetic not rude!

We ended up walking out. We asked how long the wait would be since we had another obligation, and the manager was rude and mean. I then talked to the owner about her behavior, and he was equally unpleasant and very rude.. He started yelling (in front of my three young kids) as we walked out. I will never step foot in that restaurant again.

Our waitress was upbeat, friendly, funny, and attentive. We had fun and the food was phenomenal.
