Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

The restaurant was clean and we were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile from Ricky. He sat us and got us something to drink right away. My steak was awesome and cooked just as I asked and the waiter made sure we were well taken care of. That was my first time going and I must say the best restaurant in Dubuque!!!!

Well this was a pleasant SURPRISE!!n 5 STAR well deserved.nWe haven’t been to a Perkins for over a year and thought we would revisit to see if there had been any changes to the food and service… Well, YES!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and promptly seated and had a great breakfast. Our waitress was friendly and delivered our food correctly and quickly. The gentleman that seated us Ricky is now the NEW MANAGER!! This is what good management can do… motivate staff, have a very clean restaurant, delicious and HOT food, and friendly staff!nWe will definitely be back and look forward to the delicious muffins and 20% off our next visit!!

Today's experience was awesome!! Ricky, thank you for your outstanding service, attention to detail and setting thongs right for me. The last time we came in, was not good, so much so that I never even finished my food. I was very reluctant about stopping in this morning, bit so pleased my babe convinced to have breakfast. From the moment we walked in, you acknowledged us, greeted us warmly and set us up at out booth with a great smile! You decoded you would personally take care of us AND you were absolutely a delight!! I look forward to coming again and being greeted by your smile!! Food is great! The manager Jesse is very kind and helpful! The server Romanda was very kind and helpful. Food is great, hot, and came quickly!

Absolutely the perfect place to bring your family for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's not the cheapest but you're getting far more than you pay for when taking into consideration the quality of the food, the amazing service, as well as he beautiful relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for anytime of the day. May not be able to go out several times a month but if you're looking for the best place for your family you would be foolish not to come here. 10/10 and the manager Jesse has some of the best customer service. The whole staff is great and they work hard even when short-staffed.
