Pepito's Philly Cheese Steak

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The bread was crispy and chewy, the meat was cooked to perfection, the cheese perfectly melted. The meat to topping ratio was also excellent. And the fries were ABSOLUTELY to die for, I don’t know what they batter them in but it’s like a fluffy crunchy potato cloud. I’d come back just to take a bath in their fries and fry sauce. Oh and don’t even get me started on the mozzarella sticks, I’ll be dreaming about those for years to come!! Hands down a must visit when in the downtown Ogden area.

Great food, the staff are super nice, and I love the vibe inside. We had their special with a half sandwich and fries I was able to sub onion rings on one -- with a drink, it's only $8. It was a very fair, filling portion. We tried the classic and pepitos Phillys. The Jamaican relish on the pepitos was a bit sweet for my personal taste, but very delicious. Next time I'll ask for provolone over white American cheese, but again, it's just personal preference. There is a lot of seating and entrances from the front and back sides, so there's a good amount of parking right there. It's accessible from both ends for those who need it, although there is a step between the two seating areas one in front, one in back, so please bear that in mind. Overall, highly recommend trying it. When we moved up. The bank teller was raving about Pepitos and she was 100% right! Best Philly I've found north of Salt Lake!

First time here with kids after 630pm, service was pretty good from the young lady, the BBQ filly was surprisingly good! Highly recommend that one, atmosphere feels more focused on couples not people with children. Couple mistakes on the order got handled pretty well.

We just discovered Pepito’s today and I cannot believe we did not hear of it sooner. Has to be the best philly cheese steak sandwich in Utah. Great place and excellent food. You will not be disappointed.

Pepito's Philly Cheese Steaks was pretty good. The lunch special with a half sandwich fries and drink was a pretty small serving size. See the picture for reference. Next time we are back I will order a full-size sandwich. Wasn't necessarily the best but the atmosphere was good, service was good and overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic spot on historic 25th street in Ogden! The atmosphere was just what I needed: chill and inviting. Immediately, I felt like I was on the show “Cheers” as the employees greeted me and my party with uplifting attitudes and an “at home” welcome. The food is phenomenal! Following the recommendations by our server, the sandwich was out of this world with the Jamaican relish and the added spicy mango spread. And the fries: off the hook! Beer battered to crispy perfection. Our appetizer was the mozzarella sticks and were crazy good. I couldn’t have been more happier with this place. Bring your family or come hang out with the boys/girls and relax because this was the right place.

This was very fun experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the food came quickly. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had but it was well above average. The French fries were really good. The prices are reasonable and the kids loved their food as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is really fun.

We had the Classic Philly. Cooked to perfection with thin sliced rib-eye, caramelized onions, mushrooms and peppers. I’d say the battered fries are best ever. Our waiter was the best and made us feel very welcome. We will come back.

This was the 4th stop on our Cheesesteak Tour of Ogden and the surrounding areas. I LOVED this sandwich. The meat was well seasoned, there was a perfect amount of cheese, and they had thicker cut peppers, onions and mushrooms which added some extra texture and flavor. The bread was also very soft. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for my cheesesteak to be ready. I ordered their classic Philly Cheesesteak with American cheese. My only critique was that the sandwich was 11 dollars and was a bit small; the delicious flavor made it well worth the money however. I rated this one in the top 3 places we visited #3 / 6. Definitely stop by here next time you are in the Ogden area.

Been waiting for a superb Philly in Ogden. Tried the classic this time. Bread was light and not too crisp, plenty of cheese and the meat and vegetables were savory. Service was quick and friendly. Serving size a little on small side but I will be back. Onion rings were tasty.
