Super good food, always a good experience. My first time dining in and it was fantastic, quick service and a nice server. Their bread and butter is perfection, I’d debate on going just for it. The venue is very nice as well, comfortable seats. The sandwich I ordered was good and their house dressing made the salad very good however on the sandwich they put an utterly, bewilderingly ridiculous amount of ham on it. I mean I had to take literally half of it off to even taste anything else on there. They put like 15 slices of ham on this behemoth of a sandwich. Still good though and not as expensive as I thought it would be. Would recommend a try.

The food was really good and it was a decent price for how much food we got. We had a discount with 2 meals for 50% and the waiter only did it for 1 meal. We also didn't realize that automatic gratitude was on for our group of 5 so we tip as well and it gave them 20$. Make sure to check that before so you don't get screwed out of your money.

Went here with a group of 8 people and they were able to quickly accommodate for us which great. The service was a little slow but it was lunch time and pretty busy so it makes sense. I got a burger and fries with water cause it was one of the cheaper things on the menu but it was still like 12 dollars. The burger tasted very good and the free bread that came as an appetizer was incredible. My only complaint is really the price, I got one of the cheapest things on the menu and it came out to a total of like $17.50. Also they charge you an automatic 20% tip which really bumps the price up quite a bit. It's really a shame that it was so expensive cause the food tasted great but not worth $17.50 for a burger and fries.

This place was super solid. Its a bit pricey but was definitely delicious! I have been hear once before and remember the buffalo fires. They are awesome! I chose to get the cheddar bacon burger and it was way delicious! The atmosphere is real nice hear and our server was on top of it even for how busy it was! After the first two plates of bread were gone, she noticed that we ate through all the rasberry butter and brought more bread and gave us extra butters. She was also constantly making sure we had water. There is an automatic gratuity tip of 20% but they probably deserve it because the waitresses there are actually doing stuff. Overall exemplary experience!!!

The food at Hugs is really good! I ordered an Avocado Turkey Sandwich with Buffalo fries and it came with complimentary desert snacks. The wait time was about 20 minutes though it was lunch hour so I guess it would take longer. Was super excited to come here and was extremely disappointed. The music and dining experience was loud. But the food was pretty horrible. I got the burger and it came out with cold fries and a cold patty. The burger tasted like it was spoiled and had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Their food is pretty expensive and overall super disappointing. The service was lovely but the food was just horrible. My partner got a sandwich which wasn’t as bad but he still got cold fries as well. Don’t recommend the burger at all. I don’t plan on returning unfortunately.

We love this place and the cookies are amazing! Our meals were spectacular and the flavors were robust. For our first time I give this place Two up! See you soon!Food: 5/5

This is a fun little place to go if you have time to spare as there is a bit of a wait to get your order. I loved the food.

Meh. The stuffed pasta was just ok. The shrimp wasn't very fresh and mashed potatoes were meh too. Server forgot my son's root beer and wasn't very attentive. Patio was nice with fans and flowers.

Always had this place as 5 stars until tonights takeout. BBQ boneless ribs dinner was not good. Ribs were tough. Fries for my dinner and my sons burger were not even cooked shoestring. Super soggy. Had to put under our broiler. Very disappointed in the quality tonight.Food: 2/5
