Peoples Jewellers

Last year I bought my husband a birthday gift ( $1299 ) golden chain from your store. Three weeks ago he took it to the Promenade location to get a quote because the pieces of th chain seemed to be loose and he was afraid it will fall off his neck . Today , at 7 pm he went to pick it up, since the quote they gave us wasn't reasonable and received his chain in two pieces (not one as he left it !!!) the lady that was helping him also refused to return our original receipt , tried to replace it with someone else's receipt , plus she refused to return the original receipt. This makes me wonder, what on earth makes you think that it is OK for a person that spent over a thousand on your product to receive such a terrible customer service ? Also why take the packaging away?? Is it some kind of charity that your customers are forced to do by buying at this store?

Хороший, популярный магазин разнообразных ювелирных изделий. Атмосфера дружелюбная, продавцы приветливые. Рекомендую посетить, обслуживание на уровне.
