Did a good job shortening my bracelet, but the woman with curly dark brown hair and glasses Who works there is one of the rudest people and most unprofessional people  I have ever met in my life and she always has rude comments to say.. They give you a fake quote at the beginning and then charge you extra at the end. STAY AWAY.
