Thornhill's original Judaica store with something for everyone.  Very helpful staff.

really good service and a great selection of books, gifts and othewr judaica. I highly recommend this for all of one's judaica and jewish book needs!

Overpriced but sometimes great service.
I upgraded this place to 3 stars when I had the positive experience outlined in #1 below.

#1) Staff can be very accommodating depending on who is on. They let me exchange an item that was non-exchangeable as per their policies. It was, however, unused and bought by my wife for my wedding. They were quite understanding and cheerful.  Something I didn't expect, especially since the purchase had taken place at their other location. They took great pains to track it down. 

#2) 1. Everything VERY overpriced. Unless you catch a good sale (i.e. post passover sale 50% off). Their margins are ridiculous and make judaica needlessly expensive.
