I have never experienced such poor quality or customer service before. I've had chains and rings here repaired under warranty only to have the chain break/exact same diamond fall out only days after. Every time I go in I have one person tell me one thing and the next time I go to pick up another person tell me another. No one actually knows what they are talking about here and every time I go I leave more frustrated than when I came in. For the amount of money I spend on every item I would expect a higher quality/durability and for much better customer service. If you don't walk in with your original receipt they won't even talk to you, despite the fact that all your purchase information is stored within their systems. I will definitely be purchasing any future jewelery at another store and regret the purchases I have made here.

They have some nice product but when my husband bought me a bulava watch from the abbotsford location the employee that put the battety in scratched the back 3 times and dinged the side with his tool slips then proceeded to place in the box and sell to my husband without mentioning his mistakes. I noticed when i tried it on christmas morning.... on boxing day they were very helpful to call another location to have a new one shipped over night. I called multiple times over 2 weeks and when they actually answered the phone ( rare) they had no idea what i was talking about. Even though they have both my husbands and my information. I will be picking up today, i hope its a better experience this time

My boyfriend bought me an amethyst diamond heart necklace about 7/8 months ago. Within months the chain broke, we took it in, they gave us another one, she said oh ya the chains very fragile. Which was great they gave us a replacement chain but the chain is so damn thin the same thing happened again. It broke while wearing it.. almost loosing the diamond. He took it back to explain to them it is too thin it keeps braking and they said sorry you didn't buy The extended warranty so you'll have to buy another chain for $40+ tax. You'd think buying a 300+ necklace that it would last 8 months :( Crappy service. They must have others return this necklace and should be doing something about it! How about replace w a proper not fragile chain?!

Went out of their way to help and make us happy. Would recommend to anyone if you want quality service and products. Did rush service for us and product was returned when they said it would be. Gave us great piece of mind.
