Omg worst place ever! I asked them if they can fix my gold necklace, they said yes. The necklace broke 2 days after at the spot they “fixed”. I lost my pendant because of it. When I went back they said they can’t fix it and refused to give me a refund. Instead of fixing the necklace they made it a lot worse because they melted parts of my necklace, now it looks so bad. Wish I never went here.

Everyone at the store has great customer service. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the quality of all the jewelry we get from here. My fiancé worked one on one with Sunny to create my engagement ring and I have gotten nothing but compliments on how amazing it looks. I am over the moon with my overall experience with Guru Nanak Jewellers!

Guru Nanak Jewellers is my go to gold jewelry store for amazing designs and custom jewelry. They have a wonderful selection of fine 22k gold jewelry and watches for the perfect gift for any occasion. I had a custom pendant made for my fiance from Sunny and he made my vision to reality. Thank you so much for such wonderful and timely service!

My grandparents bought me a chain for my birthday and Guru Nanak Jewellers assured them nothing would happen to it. It had white gold in the middle and yellow gold on the sides. However, the chains started coming apart after some time, so I took it back to them and they told me that they could fix it. When I went to pick up the chain, it had black spots on some areas and the white gold had been completely removed. They placed the chain in an acid and made it all yellow gold. Zero customer service. Rather, the man was rude and took no responsibility. They ruined the chain completely and did not apologize or do anything to fix it. It was the least of their concern. Not recommended.

I had the best experience at this store. The sales lady who helped me Harleen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy to make a sale. She Allowed me to take my time to select items I was in love with and I walked away very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I knew I wanted something unique and special, but we were having a hard time finding what I envisioned when ring shopping. Sunny understood my vision right away, and made the process of creating a custom engagement ring so easy. Since I live halfway across the country in Winnipeg, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to pop in and see the progress of the ring. However, Sunny kept me in the loop by sending my fiancé and I pictures and videos of different options for the placement of the diamonds on the halo setting, as well as videos of different sapphire centre stones to make sure we were able to choose the perfect sapphire ourselves!
