Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. Incredible. I am in awe of the wonderfully kind, understanding women who work here. They make your comfort, safety, and happiness a number one priority. I haven’t gotten a piercing in years and they were able to completely relieve my anxiety, by guiding me through the entire process of piercing my nose and making sure that I am satisfied with how the process is being carried out. The environment was incredibly uplifting and sanitary, I felt very comfortable and safe. I would 100% recommend for this to be your piercing place of choice. This is my second piercing with Chantal at this location, and she made me so comfortable and calm! I get super nervous around needles and she was able to keep me calmer than when I came in, and waited until I was ready. She made sure I loved the spot before going through with it as well. Once the piercing process was over, she asked if I was doing ok and how I felt. Then told me how much I suited the Medusa and it’s perfect for my face. I was so nervous as was my 13 year old daughter, about getting her nose pierced. We wanted to find someone reputable that was reasonably priced. Overall we were so happy with our experience today at the Abbotsford Mall location. Sarah was so awesome. She was so nice, professional and quickly eased any anxiety we felt. I came in without an appointment a little unsure of what I was really doing to myself and they were super welcoming. I filled out my information and walked right into a room where they had explained every detail of what they were going to do while the pierced my nose. It was super easy, quick and very affordable. What really stood out to me though was today 2.5 weeks after I got my piercing I got a phone call asking how everything was healing and if I had any questions. I would 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for my next piercing.Service: Nose piercing

Wow! By far the best piercing experience I have had. The Manager was very friendly and Jade who pierced my ear was quick and efficient. Jade made me feel comfortable and I didn’t even have time to be nervous and all of a sudden it was done. Piercings are obviously not pain free but Jade was so quick that this was basically pain free. Will definitely return to this location for future piercings.

Tristin was great! He was very informative and patient as I decided the proper placement for my piercings. He was very knowledgeable about his work and walked me through everything. Making sure I was happy the whole time and in control. He has a pleasant beside manner that kept me at ease and entertained. I felt very comfortable. I would recommend him to others. Only thing that could improve the experience is if you were able to choose your jewelry that you get pierced with.Service: Ear piercing

I somewhat impulsively decided to get my septum pierced today, and an hour later I was in the chair. Tristan was warm and welcoming and explained every step of the process as he worked. He doesn’t get right to the piercing, but checks the anatomy and explains how your unique presentation may impact the piercing you’re looking into getting that day. He’s reassuring and preps you well so that the piercing itself isn’t too uncomfortable. The site is clean and appropriate safety measures are in place to prevent infection. I left with aftercare products and literature and with the means to follow up if I had any concerns or complications in the days ahead as my piercing heals. Absolutely Amazing Gals!! The best spontaneous decision ever made! Brought my daughter and we both gotten our ears pierced. She had doubles done, and had my third done! Glamorous jewels to pick out, too! Best service and freaken amazing ladies that help us out! Going back when we need any piercing done, never going anywhere else!

First time getting a septum piercing, the ladies were extremely kind, patient, welcoming and understanding with our questions and concerns.
