The customer service here is terrible. My fiance got my engagement ring from here but it didn't fit so I brought it back to get resized. The lady wasn't friendly at all and never cracked a smile. When I came back to pick it up the lady who helped me was even worse. Not only did she not smile once like the other lady but she didn't say hi back or anything at all, she got my ring and told me to sign and that was literally the only thing she said. Everyone that works here seems to be miserable & needs a lesson in customer service & making customers feel welcome. The only reason I'm giving two stars is my ring was resized sooner than expected.

not impressed with the customer service, you ask for someone to call you back, and they never do. I bought our wedding bands and she told me to take a smaller size home to try it out, no surprise, it doesn't fit properly. Now my wedding is in 3 weeks and she is not calling me back. Will be going there today

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give zeros stars I would. The saleslady rushed me while I tried to choose two sets of earrings for a 'buy one get one 50% off " deal, all the while rolling her eyes at her co-workers without even trying to hide it. When I did choose two sets she quickly picked them up and literally ran to the cash register. She keyed in the first set, told me it was mis-priced at $109.99 and it really should be $149.99 but that she would honour the incorrect lower price. Then, a moment later told me that she would not honour the price; it was $149.99 firm take it or leave it. I left, of course. I purchased the exact same 3 set 14K white gold studs at Christmas months earlier from the same location (the one I was looking at today were yellow gold), so I double-checked what I paid at Christmas and it was $109.99 (plus an x-mas discount). So she lied about it being $149.99 on top of going back on her word about the supposed "mis-price". I will never shop there again.

The customer service is atrocious here the woman think they know absolutely everything in life and they feel the need to express their opinions about everything and anything. I'm appealed by the lack of respect from these woman who work here. Trying to force me to buy something I know I cannot pay for is ridiculous just because I came in to get a ring cleaned. I'm disgusted
