Best indie bookstore around :

Quiet, helpful staff; unique selection of books; peaceful browsing; books both new and used; and an ambience in the neighborhood surrounding its location that reminds me of old Greenwich co-ops. Well worth the trip up Commercial Drive. Rain or shine!

If you are looking for political books particularly labour and union ones, this is the place. Also a good place to donate books of all kinds.

Very respectable selection of book a. Prices can be on the higher side but its worth it to support a pillar of the community.
