This store is amazing. They were flexible on price, helping me out with A Brave New World simply because the employee enthusiastically insisted it was a must read. This is the type of service you can't get on Amazon. I'm extremely thankful, this had made me a repeat customer!

A real treasure trove for bibliophiles in Downtown Vancouver. The place has a sort of 'organized chaos' aesthetic, but the book hunt is just part of the fun in my opinion! Staff are well-versed in their stock and happy to help you find what you need.

Decent book store! Tons of variety. Overwhelming amount of options. Prices are OK, but not comparable to used book stores outside of Downtown. That being said, if you're not keen on traveling outside of city-center, this shop is likely the best bet for you.

It was so nice to see an actual Book Store open and surviving the pandemic. The staff went out of their way to help me find what I was searching for. They were very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. I found the Bobsy Twin's, once again! I will definitely be a return customer. Easiest 5 Stars I have given.

Jaw-droppingly haunting with the smell of old and new books

A Vancouver institution. I swear it looks exactly the same as it did when I first walked in over 30 years ago. A bit chaotic looking all those books stacked on the floor! but quite navigable. Staff is always helpful.

Hands down the best bookstore in Western Canada,bar none. Squeaky floors, hidden rooms. A total Canadian masterpiece.
