If you want the job done quickly and efficiently, Sam is the guy to see. He's very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable and in no pain. I'd recommend him any day.

This place is almost always quite busy and it is hard to book an appointment less than a month ahead of time. There have been a few circumstances that I have had to wait up to 30 minutes after my scheduled time for my appointment. That being said, the dentist office does good work and works quickly once you get in the chair.

He placed filling and did it so bad. Now I have to do root canal. When I asked how that happened he said like I was unlucky. He had to tell me at the first place that result of his work depends on if I'm lucky or not. It's not acceptable!

Dr. Pennise was my primary dentist while I lived in the Hammondsport area. If you are paying out of pocket he's very reasonably priced and for those who don't' like sitting in the chair he's also very quick. I had to leave his practice when I relocated far enough away where it was not feasible for me to travel anymore.
