I was referred to Dr.Martin by my primary dentist. If I could rate their customer service higher I would. From the receptionist Pam, dental hygienists Jennifer & Dr. Martin. They are all so welcoming and the atmosphere is awesome. They will make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Martin takes the time to talk with you before and after any procedure. VACATION EMERGENCY!! After coming to VA Beach for a family vacation, I was unlucky enough to start feeling some major tooth pain on a Tuesday. Thinking I could tough it out until I got home, I went to bed only to wake up in excruciating pain! I was referred to Dr. Martin the next morning and he was able to see me that same day. He and his staff were fantastic!!! I arrived an hour early and they took me straight back. No one wants a root canal, especially on vacation. But, Dr. Martin made sure I was comfortable and performed the root canal effortlessly!! I really wish more dentists were as caring and nice as this place!!!!

Dr. Martin is a well-respected, highly capable, and really personable endodontist. Let's face it: No one gets excited about a root canal, and I had to have two of them. Dr. Martin put me at ease immediately. Walking into his office is like entering a spa-seriously- with a beautiful and peaceful entrance and an aromatherapy type of scent. His staff-Pam and Jennifer-are great, and the doctor himself takes a lot of time getting to know his patients. I never felt pain during or after the procedures, and Dr. Martin was very thorough in explaining the procedure, as well as why roots become infected. It was an education! He's not a doctor you want to see on a regular basis !, but he IS the doctor you should consider if you need endodontic work!

The best! I actually dozed off during a root canal! He plays awesome music and is a wealth of knowledge on the topic of Sharks!

I had a root canal this morning by Dr. Martin and he was terrific!! He was very easy going through the whole procedure!! His staff, Pam at the front desk as well as his assistant are super nice and made me feel very comfortable!!! Thank you!!
