The one girl today I heard on phone with customer and she was rude. Talking to myself and other customers in the store rudely as well. This was early day, 11am the other girl with glasses was very pleasant. Alot of great items not sales though
This review is for Penningtons in general not necessarily this store. I am giving them a one star for their online shopping experience. When ordering something I wanted to pick up in store to save shipping costs. The website told me many stores closed during Covid and the only twopick up options I had were both one hour drive each way. I later learned that the local store was still open. When I called to inquire why I couldn’t pick up there I was told “we have that turned off right now, I can’t tell you why” “if you come in our store and we don’t have it we can order it for you and send it to your house for free” What kind of a system is this??? Very poor experience.
Great service, did a return and was helped by an associate with a British accent, she was very friendly. I shop at this location often and always receive great service.
There are some lovely ladies that work here. Store is generally well organized and they sometimes have good deals.

This store is great. Sales staff are happy, helpful and have great suggestions. Not pushy at all. Returns are just as easy and on line is quick and simple.
They have Beautiful Bra's for Large Women!
I find it appalling in this day and age that a company will not accept an exchange on 100% brand new underwear when they are fully in the package when a senior citizen bought the wrong size. My mother in law bought several pairs of underwear all at once. They are untouched. To not accept an exchange when the packaging is completely unmolested is absurd. I will never buy from this company again and would certainly not recommend them when they have zero flexibility with a senior citizen on a small pension.
It's very hard for me to find something i like being H cup. Called the store the lady checked to see what i wanted was in my size it wasnt. Went in later today and had the nicest sales associate. She pulled what i origannly wanted in a size up, the 2 styles i wanted and something similar. She helped discuss sizes and what worked. Ended up going home with the top she picked. LOVE
