We got the fish and chips and the seafood platter, check the photos. The fish was actually really good, not the typical fish and chips. It was kind of an improvement. It was an improvement for sure. The fries might as well be from McCain and the rest of the seafood platter was ok. Im not expecting Red Lobster hence the 4**** since it’s gas station restaurant. All that being said we are gonna go back tomorrow for breakfast and maybe lunch since we are from out of town. The pies look amazing. Find other review -1* for no forks or knife in bag.

Decided to take advantage of the All You Can Eat Fish and Chips Fridays for something different after not going to the Big Stop for several years. Resturant has been refreshed and food was great. Hannah was our server and she was awesome - two thumbs up! Glad we made the trip.Food: 5/5
We started eating here in 2017. The food was good, but we noticed the portions kept getting smaller. We stopped coming here after a dinner that left us both hungry. We tried again in Feb 2023 and they are serving normal sized portions again. The food is good. The service is fast but the the friendliness of some of the servers seems forced, which doesn't really matter after all, its all about the food. We are eating here again about once a week.
This place saved us. We lost power for a few days and we came here to use the trucker showers. They were super clean, super warm, and the staff were really kind! Our waitress Ashley on the restaurant side was just lovely!

Stopped here late afternoon for something to eat. Decided on the traditional breakfast. It was great and the waitress was very friendly and quick. Would definitely go back again.Food: 5/5
I remember when I was a kid and stopping at truck stops for food on road trips. Things have changed but I feel this had kept the essence of it. Very clean and great staff. I have been here a few times and never disappointed... Except, I recommend taking your hollandaise sauce on the side when ordering the skillet or breakfast poutine... Mine had way too much. Note: I wished they had chargers for EVs. It is perfectly placed off the Highway and EV trucks are coming. @irving... Should be forward thinking as this would force customers to stop charge and spend. You have the perfect location and so much space!!
