I find it very misleading that Dr.Chong has it posted on lumino health that she is accepting new patients and has appointment requests available, then clients do not receive an appointment request, they call and discover she is not accepting patients until April 2023. Staff was also unhelpful in sending patient information over to another location and would only provide their contact details. I’m frustrated that I wasted my time in attempting to schedule an appointment due to misleading information on her end.
