Wasted 2 hours waiting to see a councilor and didn't get in; what a waste of my life! On top of that, I had to listen to some crazy lady rant and rave for half an hour in the waiting room. If you're looking to get help with mental health issues, this is not the place to go!!!

Got in for a interview or screening if you will and haven’t Hurd back in almost 2 weeks. Called to ask if I was matched with a councillor and the receptionist didn’t know what to do??! The person that interviewed me was in a meeting and I asked if she could call me and the receptionist still didn’t know what was going on.

This was by far some of the worst service I have ever received. Not only did they neglect to connect me with a counselor the first time I contacted this organization but when I finally did receive a counselor and began to open up to her, she was closed off (crossing her arms and turned her body away from me while I spoke), the advice I received was in poor taste and did not in anyway have anything to do with the childhood trama I was trying to recover from.
