Midwifery Care Of Peel & Halton Hills

I called the emergency pager at 12:40am and Maggie was on call. I told her I had blood in my urine and after yawning and telling me she can't do anything at 1:00 in the morning she told me to go back to sleep and come to the clinic in the morning, because if I go to the hospital right now they will call her there and we will have to wait around for hours. I gave birth to my son 10 hours later at 21 weeks. I do not recommend her as a midwife.

This is where I received care for my second child, and thanks to them, I was able to have my birth exactly the way I wanted. ALL the ladies I dealt with were perfectly lovely to me, my older child, my husband, and myself. They really made me feel great. I was actually shocked how smoothly my home birth went with the help from these angels. Couldnt possibly recommend them higher.

We have decided to leave thus midwifery care Center, after yet another disasterous appointment that was complete with contradicting information between midwives and a dismissive attitude towards our questions and concerns. At 31 weeks into the pregnancy. We will be filing complaints with the college of midwives. I whole heartedly advise against using the midwifery care of peel and Halton hills, at least untill they are fully staffed.
