Scamming their clients. After testing your eyes they give you slightly off set lenses. Less than a year after purchasing your glasses, a contact to tell you it is time to have your eyes tested. They give you the correct prescription and want you to buy new frames and lenses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Suen for over 10 years. He is always professional and provides the best customer service and experience. Best optometrist in the city. Their new office is also amazing! Clean, welcoming, and comforting. I highly recommend this optometry for anyone.

Dr. Suen presents himself well, however, I don't recommend this doctor. I went for an eye prescription and went to purchase my new glasses. When they arrived, the prescription was way off. I had to go to Dr. Suen and get the prescription redone. He did not seem surprised. I did notice Dr. Suen scribbling something on my initial prescription which I thought was odd. I'm not going back.
