Dealt with Chris and crew today to buy a new mountain bike Norco Fluid HT 2 and helmet! I was given a sale price on the bike a few days early because I'm from out of town, and they wanted to be fair. Chris also taught me how to remove the bike wheels so I could transport it home. They have a great policy of getting a discount on bike accessories for 60 days after you buy a new bike! Also, two years from purchase date, you can get as many tune ups as you need! Overall stock of bikes was pretty good, lots of other gear. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Pedalhead Bicycle Works!!

The shop owner and crew provide terrific customer service. They want to understand your skills, ability, plans and outfit you accordingly with the best gear at your price point. Being a long-term, multiple sport repeat customer helps them help me! Highly recommend building a relationship with this crew, they won’t steer you wrong. Shop shares space and some staff with Out of Bounds ski shop - so they have you covered for all biking mountain, road, gravel, as well as skiing downhill and Nordic needs! They also do maintenance - an important tip is to get this done regularly to extend the life of your equipment.

Popped in this morning for a simple task, needed someone to adjust the seat and handlebars on my son's new bike didn't have the proper tools at home. Only took a few minutes, and the guy who did it was super friendly and didn't charge me. I feel bad I didn't have any cash on me to slip to him... it wasn't a big job, but I still appreciated his time. So, the least I can do is leave a good review & I'll definitely shop here the next time we need some biking gear.

Outfitted the family with bikes today and am blown away with the service. You just don’t get that quality of service anymore. The staff are very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience a breeze. We’ll definitely be recommending friends and family to head to Pedalhead for all of their cycling, ski, and snowboard needs!

Hands down the best bike shop in the city !! There customer service is unreal. They got me in and out so quickly during a busy time. Plus there prices are untouchable. cheap , quick and professional what else can you ask for. Highly recommend this place !!

Support you local bike shop. Great location, free parking, friendly staff and owner. But be careful when buying open box stuff. There may be missing parts! Will definitely go bag to support them and their group rides.

Great customer service. I got discouraged going to United Cycle basically a big box store now so gave Pedalhead a try and glad I did. Chris took the time to talk with me about the products I was interested in. They are happy to help with my questions on stuff I bought even if it was over a year ago.

Found ourselves unexpectedly in the bike market after my daughter's bike was stolen from her school bike rack. I booked a morning to cruise the local bike shops in the Edmonton area in search of a replacement. The first place I stopped at was Pedalhead. As soon as I walked in the door I got the feeling that this was a place that embraced the cycling experience. The staff took their time bringing me up to speed on their product in a friendly, knowledgeable, yet non pretentious manor. What more can you ask of a bike shop! I really didn't need to go any further, but I did anyways because bike shopping is fun even when it's not for me!! Pricing was comparable everywhere I went, but the shopping experience varied greatly. In the end I returned with my daughter who gave the final approval, the bike was fine tuned to match her size and off we went. Overall it was a great experience and we will return. 2 weeks in and she loves her new bike! THANKS!!

I went in to Pedalhead on the recommendation of a friend to look into fixing my very old road bike. I met with Chris and Lindsey who were both very helpful. I ended up flipping back and forth between a bike that was available in the shop and fixing my old one when I finally decided on a new one that they didn't have in stock. I checked it out at another shop but ultimately, because of the excellent service at Pedalhead, I kindly asked if they would order me the one I wanted to go with. Although I'm sure I was not easy to deal with flip flopping for almost a week, everyone in the shop was nothing but kind and at no time did I feel pressured to get something that I knew wasn't what I wanted. I appreciated the excellent expertise of Chris and the staff and I am beyond happy with the purchase I made and the service I was given. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer and I can't wait to stop in again! Thank you everyone! :

I went into the store June 25th 2021 at around 5:30 PM 30 minutes before closing and I was surprised with the wonderful service I received from the lady at the front desk and the technician in the back. In about 15 minutes I got 2 new tires and when they offered to install them I couldn't resist for 12 dollars a tire. I will definitely go back there next time I need something for my bike.
