I buy e scooter from this shop which is non warranty $400. they sale non warranty which is very bad quality. Within one month I expended $150 top off for repairs. Which is completely unacceptable. I am sure they know that kind products have problems that’s why they sale non warranty. Please be careful to buy from this shop non warranty items. Either non warranty at least run few months not break down within few days. I am completely unhappy. Please be careful to buy. Finally today dated 03 October 2022. I returned my e scooter to shop without get any money back. Thank you ATV I got very good lesson from you not buy any items without warranty. Dear I see your reply I don’t mind you show pictures. I buy product from your shop for use not a keep in showcase. Even non warranty must run few months not like you sale which break down within week. $400 not a small money. Top off that I expended $150 for repair. I buy this product for my son Birthday. If your product run few months then I don’t have any complaints. But your product is very bad which is break down within week. Once again Dear. Thank you.
Andre, Jane, Juri are such wonderful people! We purchased a new motorcycle trailer from them and they reconfigured it for a single bike. They have several trailer options available, we love the one we selected, super happy with our purchase would highly recommend this local shop!
I dropped off my electric scooter, issue being that it wouldn't start at all, on a Saturday and they assured me that they would get it fixed. I got a call Monday early afternoon that it's ready for pickup. I was surprised that it was that soon. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend their services.
I was unfortunately declined to get a payment plan to buy a mobility scooter. That part is okay! It sucks but ok. The response I get from this Darrell guy is "Declined" nothing else. I find that to be rude. Even a "I'm sorry you have been declined" would have been better. Customer service man, customer service. I know I sound like a "Karen" but it felt very rude to me :
I have made a online order for a scooter tire paid for the tire Twice. Paid 29.00 for shipping. And yet they are asking me again for shipping costs. I have it all on my bank statement these guys are not very honest. No tracking info and the only receipt that they gave me are bill owing.
Shop was okay and staff was pleasant. We bought helmets and they broke on the first ride. These are knock offs like the machines they sell and they are not DOT certified as they claim. We got lucky no one was hurt, these helmets are a joke.

Great shop! Bought a trailer there and not only am I extremely happy with the product but the shop owner went out of his way to accommodate pick up of the trailer after hours son a day off.
They were horrible to deal with rude and when my sons quad falls apart going down a road that could have killed him on the third day of riding it then refused to fix it under warranty after I drove across the province to bring it in. No cotterpins in it tie rods fell out. motor mount bolts broke. muffler is hanging there told me 2 fix it myself in there parking lot. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone worst place and service I've ever gotten.
It was satisfactory. I bought a scooter for my wife. It seemed like they didn't really want us to test drive it though. I don't like their return policy...Final sale. I might be inclined to go somewhere else next time. Or shop around more first. Also, they seemed a bit shady. Yet they made the sale. Whatever. We got what we were looking for. Only 3 month warranty. Oh well.
