Payless ShoeSource

Worst Payless location in St. Catharines. The staff is ALWAYS rude and having personal conversations on the floor. Today I made a purschase of 2 pairs of shoes and while shopping had to listen to both sales associates complain about how their management is complaining about sales being down.. management should take a look at their staff. I have been in there multiple times where I have waited and waited at the cash register and employees have not helped me because they're too busy talking to each other in the aisles to come and cash me out. When I went to cash out today I felt as though I interrupted the personal conversation and complaining about sales when I wanted to cash out. The girl asked me for my number and I told her I already had given it and she insisted I give her my number. I said no I don't think so and she rolled her eyes at me and acted as if it were a chore to continue cashing me out. She was very bland and had an attitude the rest of my check out. My sister and other people I have talked to have had the same experiences at this location. Will not be shopping here any more!! Disgusted at the customer service !
