BioPed Footcare & Orthotics (St Catharines)

Without the help from Patty, I would not be able to walk without relying on a cane as it was painful and tiring. I could not take proper steps nor properly extend my left leg and so I would walk with a limp. Eventually the pain, swelling and burning sensations were so bad that I would loose balance and began walking with a cane. Being in my mid 20s and walking with a cane was not ideal but it became a necessity for me. My doctor recommended I get fitted for a knee brace and suggested BioPed. When Patty first introduced herself she was very pleasant and friendly. She listened carefully to what was going on as well as what my needs were for the brace. She fitted me with the best brace she thought would help me. Patty worked with me, encouraging me verbally and by the end of my first visit I was slowly walking without using the cane. Three months later I am still slowly recovering but I am more confident walking on my own. I would recommend Patty and the staff at BioPed in a heartbeat.

Outstanding service and knowledge. Always helpful. All my footwear is now from BioPed and would recommend them to anybody having foot problems or concerns about walking.

I would be unable to play tennis or golf or walk if not for the help of Patty and her staff. The foot care they give me helped me avoid constant pain and sleepless nights. I find them always professional, expert, and honest.

Not comfortable when first walked in ,then she let me have it verbally ,told me her beef with everyone that does this business.But wanted us to go with them anyway, and get treated like that no way. My son was shocked..because I think she's the manager.

We love our compression socks and ankle brace. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
