The staff is always very friendly and helpful here, they are ready to help however they can. They carry a wide selection of products, however some of the ferret food is not always in stock. I love that they have foster cats walking around.

Changed owners recently, many products changed. I LOVE the store and it's previous employees. Tall guy, dark hair, piercings super friendly. Shorter guy, same thing piercings and what not. Both intuitive and extremely helpful, there's now a new lady tall, really friendly as well. The staff is always A+ and their prices before were amazing, prices are still good just differ a bit.

Talk about great service! Was going to buy Royal Canin cat food. Rep explained very nicely & professionally the benefits of other healthier brands and saved money! I will be back!!

Staff always very friendly and helpful, great variety of everything a pet owner might need. Special thanks to Maurice who just helped me carry a huge bag of cat litter!
