This place saved my dogs life. Claire helped to determine some of the issues causing my dogs gastrointestinal issues and she recommended a new food for him. It's been 3 years since I met with her, and my dogs life has been turned around. I can only say great things about this place. Claire is able to answer any questions I have for what is good for my dog and I feel comfortable following her advice. I have moved out of the area, and I still drive all the way to NDG to continue supporting her. I highly recommend any pet owner to visit the store and see for themselves.

Hi, K9 has an extensive product assortment with lots of really unique discoveries. Claire herself has worked with me towards nutrition options with a cat with special needs, and her knowledge is extensive...and she was willing to spend the time with me and answer all of my questions. Thank you so much!!!

I find it very odd that all these negative reviews have happened within a small recent time frame, making up half of all the review which in total go back over a year. Someone is paying to have bad reviews put on this place, most likely a local competitor. I've been going here for over a year and it has not changed, always great, nice, happy to help. I wasn't even planning on leaving a review, but was just checking what time they close when I saw that their 5 star rating has dropped all of a sudden. I'm in online marketing and see this happen frequently. Don't believe the bad reviews, go here and judge for yourself, it's a great place.

Best customer service. Always attentive of your dogs needs. Fantastic selection of products and very knowledgeable staff. Bravo!!!!

Broad selection of products, excellent quality (but don't bother with the organic cat litter), fairly priced, knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Strongly recommended.
