I've owned two turtles, two cats, and a number of tropical fish over the years and this pet store is the best one in my neighborhood, and it STILL IS today!! I highly recommend this store for all your pet's needs. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They are ready to help you with whatever you need and if they don't have it, you can order it through their system! :

I come here often to buy supplies for my cat. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Kudos for having such excellent customer service!

This store somehow still has my account after 10 years of not being there because I moved away. They carry Champion Pet Foods Acana and Orijen and Boreal, and all the prices are fair. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing service here they went out of their way to make sure I could get refunded for my dog food without a receipt or account. Highly reccomend

Service is either a hit or miss, I visit this shop quite often as I have a lizard and a dog and need insects/food frequently. Sometimes they don't order enough insects and run out quickly, or forget to prepare the order even when I call ahead of time. Other than that I'm happy with the service provided.

Excellent service, clean and well organized.

Usually this is a very friendly place with good service. I was one of only two people at the start of the day and the wan checking me out was very rude because I could not hear and understand her question about the points on my card. French is not my first language but I am still trying to use 8t as much as possible. There is no need to shake your head and glare at me when I can't make out what you say behind a mask and plastic barrier. A little patience goes a long way for everyone.
