Pawns On Whyte

I went in last Saturday afternoon inquiring about a pawn. I informed who helped me that this would be the first time I would need to pawn and I was not sure exactly how it worked. I was spoken to with extreme attitude and the willingness to explain lacked almost seemed annoyed I didn’t even receive eye contact at any point through our conversation. It was definitely the most unprofessional service I have ever received swear words were even used when spoken too. I was so turned off I decided to not go through with the pawn and brought my item else where. He definitely low balled my offer and would not suggest their services.

I don't know who wrote that they have low prices. I found a used item that I was looking at there brand new at a retail mall for less than this guy was selling it used. This guy has quite the attitude too. For someone so small and insignificant that he runs a grungy, run-down pathetic PAWN SHOP, he shouldn't be so arrogant. I'd be embarrassed if I were him.

Ron always goes above and beyond whenever I pawn or buys stuff. Nice store always getting a good deal.

Bob has been so helpful and patient in his dealings with me over the past year. I recommend dealing with him over any pawn shops in the city. I strongly recommend to anyone looking to pawn there items to deal with Bob.

Mainly stop in here once a month on average to check out the dvd's. Usually find some every time. Reasonable prices. Very friendly business.

Bob demonstrated clear and concise communication, offered fair pricing and took perfect care of my item whilst entrusted to him. He even had the courtesy to remember my backstory and check in with me, following up on my circumstances which caused my need for pawn service in the first place. Pawns on Whyte is the best Bob and his staff are very kind and helpful. In my time of sadness Bob was very kind to myself and they give good prices and are fair. I tell people that if they want fair prices when they are panning or selling and even buying items.

Excellent shop, friendly staff. Made some cash from my old electronics. They even have my a Pepsi and chocolate bar, yum. Also like to note they’re friendly to the unhoused and street community which is awesome to see from local business. Definitely support these guys! Thanks much!!

Been dealing with these guys for a while now. Super easy to deal with for getting loans. I recently bought an xbox one game, took it home and the disc was unreadable. They exchanged it for a different game even though I couldn’t make it in until 2 days later and their policy is within 1 day. Bunch of nice guys working there. Appreciate the good service!

The staff is good and easy to deal with.. nothing like the attitude you get in most pawn shops. Owners are friendly, place is well stocked. Been dealing with them for years. I recommend.
