West End Exchange

I went to West End exchange to sell some of my old comic books and dealt with a person named Craig. He kind of looked like a scary biker dude but turns out that he was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a great price for my comics. He also answered all my questions about gold jewelry. Craig was courteous knowledgeable and concise. I would totally go back to this pawn shop.

This place is a rip off. I bought a shop vacuum I tested in the store. It was loud in the store do I couldn't really hear the sound of the vacuum. Once I took it home it was trash. It was missing the ground connection and making a disgusting roaring sound. Sounds like it's gonna explode. I brought it back immediately and they tried saying that I tested it and bought it. They have no customer relations at all. Their only out to get your money. Also if you are buying from them they have a little white sticker and that sticker actually has a number that they can seel the item to you. They are hustlers. They had this vacuum listed at $90 and they knocked it down to $50 for me, only because I got an inside hint about this scam.

We have bought equipment in the past at the West End Exchange. We were there on Saturday and Dana and the staff were awesome. We bought some much needed tools and were also given some free LP's! What a great and friendly place to do business! :

Bought a TV. Great deal , nice TV. Guy was super polite and very respectful. In and out in 10 minutes AND the gentleman even carried it to my car for me. Excellent service , no b.s. straight goods!
