I attend their grand opening 50% off I got the mango slush with cheese foam and the fruit tea. The place is really easy to get to just right outside skytrain station. You can sign up at the register to get a free drink . The mango slush uses mango and not purée which I like I did taste some mango chunks . I will be back

I never expect amazing customer service from bubble tea stores but Pause n’ Sip is truly outstanding! The first time I went, the staff were so helpful in giving me recommendations after they saw I was having trouble choosing a drink the menu offers more specialized / unique flavours than other places. I originally picked a topping that doesn’t go well with a type of drink I hadn’t had before and they kindly suggested one to make sure I had a good experience. When I came back another time to claim a deal I’d received, they were having issues with their POS system. It wasn’t a big deal to me at all but the staff were so sweet and accommodating and really exceeded my expectations again. The drinks themselves are delicious; they taste as good as they look. The store is well kept, attractive, and is overall a lovely spot to hang out in. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area — you won’t be disappointed!

Located at Aberdeen shopping centre, right below the skytrain station. Super friendly staff, clean storefront - great place to grab a drink and chat with friends. My order: Blue Citrus Lemon Soda $6.25 - fizzy and refreshing. Love the tanginess of the lemon, and the sweetness was good. Recommend regular ice, even thought I usually go with half ice or no ice. Matcha Coconut Milk $6.25 - very strong coconut flavour, honestly not much matcha. Nice and creamy drink. Strawberry Fruit Tea w/ Jelly Boba $7.25 - very fruity, and I love the texture of the clear bouncy jelly boba. Nice change from regular pearls.

Taste is average. Taro milk isn't the best that Ive tried. Looks really nice though! Interior is great and bright enough to study in.

Stumbled onto this drink place today. What drew me to this try when there are so many boba tea places was the brand. Pause and Sip. It welcomed to come and stay so I decided to try it. The woman behind the counter was helpful and inviting so on brand and suggested the most fav item which is the lychee fruit tea. I got it min sweet and sure enough it is refreshing without weighing me down with syrup/sugar. Nice treat for the day. PS. I asked if this was part of a chain and the lady smiled and said “no”. So if you want to support a local Richmond business and try out a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying a nice drink give this place a try!

TRY THE TARO MILK! Sooo yummy. Their pearls are incredible as well: Soft, chewy, and a lovely caramelized flavor I’ve never had anywhere else. Lovely people working here. Also a relaxing place to sit.

Located in Aberdeen Square. Pretty drink and cute design. Ordered the soda drinks and it tasted exactly like what I thought it would’ve tasted like.

The staff let me try something not in the menu and he said if it was not good he would make me another drink. Very good customer service and tea was tasty. Will definitely go again.

This place is really good. Their tea tasted so rich and creamy and their pearls were soft and sweet. Definitely a must try. Their staff were so friendly as well. I’ll be going back.
