Beautiful place! Friendly staff! The tea is very good and worth to be waited. Btw there is a handsome tall man, which is the manager I think, he is so friendly and explain the tea and the store very detail to me. I love this place, I would come back soon.

Friendly staff… great tea options They have some tea samples at the counter for aroma. Lots of different choices I tried Lemon Wonderland, it was really good.

This was one of the best boba experiences I’ve tried. The pearls are soo fresh and so is the tea that’s brewed through the machines. The layout of the store is really tasteful, the staff are helpful but it seems like they are busy with online orders. I always enjoy getting the classic boba.

Wow such great experience that we came back two days in a row. Very efficient, friendly staff, great location, and the wait is not long compared to other locations. Recommended to try their signature ones.

We ordered the original bubble tea. It was surprisingly refreshing because of the tea flavour. It's very concentrated and delicious. They also gave us a sample of their jasmine tea which was also very good. We got it 50% sweet and it was just sweet enough. The pearls aren't the best I've had but chewy enough. Overall I would go back and get another bubble tea as it was quite delicious and addicting.

So happy they opened one in Richmond! This is my favourite bubble tea shops emphasis on the tea. Their tea is high quality but it does comes with a higher price. Overall, a great place to go for a treat! For those on the go. There's no indoor seating.Food: 5/5

The newly open ChiCha in Richmond is fantastically welcoming! When I entered, I was greeted nicely and given a menu and a tea sample. Beautiful decoration, especially the Orchids! I tried the green tea mango, definitely a must try! Would recommend to anyone trying to find authentic and fresh bubble tea!Food: 5/5

While I usually don't bother writing reviews, I simply cannot resist giving an honorable mention to Chicha San Chen. This is without a doubt the most delicious bubble tea i have ever had the pleasure of trying! The tea flavor and sweetness were perfectly balanced. It's no wonder they refer to it as the "perfect" sugar level. I must give a shoutout to the staff for being super friendly and helpful for suggesting my drink for my first visit! I'll definitely be back!

I tried their honey osmanthus oolong tea today and I was blown away by the perfect blend of flavors and just the right sweetness. The tea's floral notes are simply divine, making each sip a delightful experience. The ambiance of the place was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Chicha San Chen to anyone seeking a memorable tea experience. 5 stars!
