disappointed in their stuff with the phone do not call them clearly don't have time and just gives you another employee who gives you the code bar items instead of telling you if they have some in stock or not and then sent you back to the main line just to be told what's the matter why won't you served by the states quality need more hours clearly to train the employees instead of being a arrogant with no proper service training
The outside of the stores could use a bit of sprucing-up. The center looks dull. Potted trees and flower boxes would go a long way.
It is huge and I become less able to walk, so need more for elders like myself, the prices are so good there on our pension we can live by going there.. I am limited now.. Hope there can be more for seniors
The manager and staff here are absolutely incompetent. The walmart website was hacked, including my account and the management refused to take any steps to even see if the fraudulent order was still in store or not. They could have canceled the order but now my family and I cannot afford groceries because of it. They put up arbitrary borders in order to slow me from recovering the stolen money. Their conduct is shameful and wrong. Please don't shop here as the management possesses only single digit IQ
I went in with a list. Found all but one thing. Asked an employee who was sticking shelves for stir sticks, and he went back a few forth across the store. We didn't find them but he kept looking and found me at the check out line with them. Great customer service here

Always gives me already bad or rotting fruit. On top of that takes like 30 min to bring the groceries to the car when it tells you it's ready like 30 min ago
I could give a 5 star for some experiences I've had with this Walmart as I could give a single star for others... Stuffs are cheap, both in price and quality but it is to be expected. Sometimes, there are product that will be cheaper elsewhere, but it's the same for most places. There are often price error on various product, but they do apply the 10$ politics you can google it if you don't know what it is, so again, not a big deal. It's the service that is inconstant. I fell upon some wonderful employee that went all out to help me in sections they never even went in because those in charge of these sections were nowhere to be found; I stumble across some others that curses at client asking for the opening hours, and those that when you call to ask for a product tells you there is none because they couldn't find it, but there is in reality a heap of it in plain sight when you get to the store for other stuff. And last but not less, I once bought cheese curds there. I found out once I was home later that night that they have been on the counter for two days. The next day I went back there to get a refund and the same bags where still there. The curds were starting to turn yellow and I had to show it to the employee to get that refund. All-in-all, this place upholds Walmart's reputation. It is weird, but it is cheap.
the place is all right but never ever ever work for them the will fire you for the dumbest of things. they got a little bit alitte bit of that and a hole lot of nothing can never find a good producte in cold lake wall mart
