I am writing to express my concerns regarding the frequent state of a particular aisle at this Walmart location. On multiple visits, I have consistently encountered obstacles in the same aisle, making it challenging to navigate through the store. There often seems to be an excessive amount of items and equipment left in the middle of this aisle, obstructing the path for customers.nnAdditionally, I have noticed that it is always the same workers who tend to be indifferent to this issue, often failing to move aside for customers trying to pass through. Considering this Walmart is usually busy, this has made each shopping trip increasingly frustrating and inconvenient.nnDespite this recurring issue, I must commend the overall experience at this Walmart. The store is well-stocked, and the prices are competitive. The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. I hope that management can address the concerns regarding aisle obstructions to further enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
My wife and kids were checking out with self-service, and one of the staff members came and said she had not checked out one item when she was still checking out and had not emptied the cart. She was embarrassed and felt profiled. When we were leaving Walmart, the man who checked the receipt always took extra minutes to check the receipt while he allowed other white buyers to go almost immediately. He kept doing that every time we went to Walmart. One day, after taking his time as usual, checking the receipt we left and one white lady rushed immediately before us. The door alarm went off. Being biased as he was, he did not call the white lady but decided to call us back. The white lady turned herself in that she triggered the alarm, but the biased nature of the man kept him calling us back. He found out it was the white lady that triggered the alarm. I told him he should check his biased attitude but the man would not listen and continue to take extra minutes to check out the receipt and allow white buyers to go almost immediately. When you treat a hardworking family of color badly based on your biased is called racial profiling and discrimination. I can say that we have either good or bad people. It is all about the choice of people we want to be. There is another man at the same Walmart in Valleyfield that does his work diligently and goes all his way to assist anytime we ask him questions, and he never judges us by our skin color.
They should start stocking some part of aisle with some Indian food items like biscuits, tea, flour, basmati rice, snacks and other grossary indian food items. There will be a big demand and sale for that because Indian community is moving to Salaberry...
Wait 20 minutes in line. Will cashiers fill out applications for credit cards. They got to be that cheap. They can't hire somebody to do that but the waste my time so they can get credit card customers. This place is a joke
Limited selection compared to other Walmarts. Shelves hardly stocked. Their store layout and aisles make no sense.
