A lady that works at the cash register stole my wife $20 and charged my card $37.98 can the 27.62 usd on top of that another $12.13 can $8.71 usd was taken im so confused then mad like why are people so desperate for money but god has a plan for people like that. I wonder if Walmart even cares about there customers being stolen from like that smh… customer service sucks here beware they only care about themselves
Got a flyer on Flip advertising their Pennzoil engine oil on sale. Saw the sale and went to buy said Pennzoil 5L Euro Fully Synthetic was 15$. Thought it was a bargain and proceeded to order some. Once received, I quickly realized they put up the wrong description. It was a 1L described as a 5L jug. The customer service then proceeded to tell me to go online, and nothing would be done but a refund. I asked if the pricing policy applied to something wrongly described online and got refused. Proceeded to try and leave a review on the app so that they would fix this and it got flagged immediately. Whilst getting emails stating 5w40 Pennzoil 5L from Walmart is being processed for return. Proving the whole description thing was off again... I then asked their chat assistant the same information so that someone would fix this mistake, and their website just says an error occurred constantly once you try to reach an agent. I feel as if telling them it was misrepresentation instantly flagged me. Now I have to print a label and send this through Canada Post myself for 1 L of oil. I guess i'll have my oil done at Costco. Great customer service platform, brushed off 3 times and being flagged for stating a mistake. Thanks WalMart
The cashier overcharged if you not see your bill you will loos your money . And they don't care.walmart valleyfield please pay attention your cashier.
My wife and kids were checking out with self-service, and one of the staff members came and said she had not checked out one item when she was still checking out and had not emptied the cart. She was embarrassed and felt profiled. When we were leaving Walmart, the man who checked the receipt always took extra minutes to check the receipt while he allowed other white buyers to go almost immediately. He kept doing that every time we went to Walmart. One day, after taking his time as usual, checking the receipt we left and one white lady rushed immediately before us. The door alarm went off. Being biased as he was, he did not call the white lady but decided to call us back. The white lady turned herself in that she triggered the alarm, but the biased nature of the man kept him calling us back. He found out it was the white lady that triggered the alarm. I told him he should check his biased attitude but the man would not listen and continue to take extra minutes to check out the receipt and allow white buyers to go almost immediately. When you treat a hardworking family of color badly based on your biased is called racial profiling and discrimination. I can say that we have either good or bad people. It is all about the choice of people we want to be. There is another man at the same Walmart in Valleyfield that does his work diligently and goes all his way to assist anytime we ask him questions, and he never judges us by our skin color.
Every time I come here with my service dog the staff are always making noises towards him and distracting him. It is clearly stated on his vest and leash to not distract him in French and English. The staff I asked for help didn’t speak any English and distracted my dog. One of the cashiers in a yellow vest asked me what medical condition I had. Legally they can ask me what services my dog provides but they cannot ask for my disability. I told her it was a medical condition that was private to me and she looked like she didn’t believe me. This is the only Walmart that gives me this many problems.
