Excellent food, take-out is quick and the staff are polite and professional. I would recommend anything on the menu, it's all great prepared with fresh ingredients. I live above the bar in the Patricia Hotel, so I order from the bar when ever I can. Portions are big......so come with an empty stomach!
AMAZING FOOD! This calamari is probable THE best deep fried I’ve had. I’m pescatarian and I’ve had them all. Coworkers rave about the other menu items too. Burgers, sandwiches, salads…full menu. Full menu. Full bar. The staff are lovely. Don’t let the neighbourhood sway you. COME HERE! Live music, pool, Keno etc. say hi to Gail for me.
One of my favourite places to eat in the city. Super cheap for the quality. Mostly pub food but using great ingredients. The pulled chicken club is amazing. Usually no extra charges for little things like mayo on the side. There is a pool table and arcade games. Usually shows on Friday nights. The establishment is also a brewery and sells off sales and fills growlers. Large inside and the staff are always extremely friendly.
Usually this is a great place for poutine, but I just ordered pulled pork on poutine.. I got chunky pork on semi cooked fries

Fun jazz and blues bar in a historic building. Love the live band and good service. Good spot to grab a beer and listen to some live music.

Pat's is great, Nella is super nice and remembered my orders before I ordered them, the dude bartender is funny and always has something nice to say. The food is very good esp. the cod tacos. I'm only giving Pats a 3 because of how I was treated by a server there 2 nights ago; I don't know her name, but give her 5'3 with long brown hair. Sunday night I ordered only from her, and hadn't drank anywhere else. Like many other times, I minded my own business and was about to leave but the exit doors were locked. The doors to Hastings and the parking lot were bolt locked. I told her that I thought this was a fire code violation and she flipped out on me, opened the door to the hotel lobby, told me I was 86'd forever, that I was drunk, and she asked the hotel manager for my room number. What was all that? For my 2-3 weeks living at the Pat Hotel I very happily ate and drank downstairs many times, but for whatever reason, after I made mention that the doors were locked, this server who had been serving me went berserk. I'm leaving the hotel which smells great when the craft brewery is making batch for elsewhere so the barring me from the bar doesn't matter that much, but I do think she needs a review of her customer services skills. Does she even have her Serving It Right? Were it not for this last evenings shenanigans there I'd give Pats a 5.
This place is sooo dope i cant stress it enough. If your into breweries, bars, pubs, this has everything. Local brewed beer, house brewed beer, good food, pool, classic arcade games and awesome jams!
