Pastel

We ordered the holiday dinner from pastel, and it was fantastic. The duck Wellington was so tender and so flavorful, it exceeded all our expectations. The portions were very generous, and so we had a lot of leftovers. It was worth every penny. We will be ordering from pastel again. Thank you for suck a delicious and beautiful meal.

We went there to celebrate our birthdays and took the tasting menu. Food was delicious, with some very original techniques. The place is beautiful too, when you enter you kind of are in the kitchen and see the cooks at work, it's nice and different. Service was top notch, one of the very good food experience in Montreal.

High end restaurant with superb, attentive service. Unique smaller portions so that you aren’t over stuffed after your 8 course tasting menu. Loved entering through the open kitchen.

Tantalizing to your tastebuds type of experience, however I did not like my main dish. The compressed duck presentation wrapped around in this liver type crust was definitely not my cup of tea. These two contradicting taste put together ruined the dish, however I will come again as the entrée and desert were impressive.
