Ouvert depuis 10 ans, Vallier a fait peau neuve au cours de l’hiver 2016. Résultat : un bistro montréalais contemporain. Vous pourrez y savourer les plats favoris des montréalais et inspirés par la cuisine locale, tels nos classiques tartares, mac’n cheese et pâté chinois au canard confit, mais également des plats en table d’hôte aux saveurs saisonnières, préparés avec des produits frais du jour. Pour le lunch, l’happy hour ou le brunch du week-end, Vallier vous reçoit dans un décor réconfortant et une ambiance chaleureuse. Unique et proprement montréalais.
Since April 2016, Vallier has a new look and includes a new concept : contemporary Montreal bistro. Vallier still offers its classics like the mac n’ cheese and sheperd’s pie, but has other new dishes.
You’ll see a lot of Quebec ingredients in our meals and cocktails, but also premium local beers on tap. All this without becoming too fancy. Vallier wants you to feel like you’re sitting at your grandmother’s table!
