Saw this on Ubereats multiple times but never gave it a try, what was I missing. Highly recommend the Chef's Favorite, beyond flavorful and was still hot when I got home! Will definitely be ordering again, and if you're thinking of ordering give it a chance

Found out about this place on Google and based on the reviews I took a chance to order a couple of trays for a large family function. The owner was helpful and despite lots of questions and back and fourth on my part, he was helpful and even helped arrange delivery to the venue. I had several guests inquire where we got the pasta from despite having a ton of other food. A few weeks later I visited in person and ordered 3 different pastas. The owner is a one man show and can get pretty busy. It was a 20 minute wait but I was pleased with what I received chefs special, arriabiatta, and Brampton special. If I had to be picky I would say my only criticism would me the penne arriabita. I’m used to having it with a thinner sauce as opposed to one that is thick with larger chunks of tomato. Other than that the owner was awesome and friendly. I would definitely return. I only wish he was closer to where I live.

I think certain foods items such as chowmein, biryani and pasta are hard to judge sometimes. Mainly due to the type of dishes they are,,, chowmein bunch of noodles with meat/veggies etc Same with biryani and pasta. It then becomes very important that you do everything right... Right amount of pasta, right amount of meat/veggies etc, tasteful ingredients. Only a handful amount of times I have enjoyed easting pasta this much and I say that based on the above points. Every high end Italian restaurant that have expensive pastas on the menu, for me, has never gotten the basics of pasta right. Almost always there is tons of pasta but next to no meat. Pastaman does everything right with the pasta. I got chefs favorite.

Delicious! Big portion size. Friendly and great service every time. Highly recommend the Penne Vodka!

This was my first time trying this place and overall it was a 10/10 experience. Customer service was great. The man working, the owner if I’m not mistaken, was very friendly. And my Rasta pasta was amazing and he made it extra spicy for me on request. Will definitely visit again

I have tried pasta almost everywhere in gta and I can confirm that this is the BEST. Tried the Brampton fav. veggie pasta and it was worth the money I paid for….. I like pasta to have veggies to make it healthier and they used a variety of them. The sun dried tomatoes pair perfectly with the chipotle sauce used. One tiny suggestion to keep the pasta noodle Al dente.I could smell the FRESHNESS in veggies added and in the sauce itself. Mushrooms cooked to perfection. Hats off to this guy. I was surprised to know it’s a food truck. MUST TRY FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES PASTA.

Great pasta. I was able to get an order in a few weeks ago. But have been cancelled 2x now. So 1/3 at this point. I'll try my luck again on another day I guess.

Ordered from here for the first time and disappointed that I didn't know of Pastaman earlier. Had the Chef's Favourite + sausage along with garlic bread and it tasted very fresh and flavourful. My wife was skeptical about ordering from here yet ended up finishing half my meal - I suppose that says enough. Will definitely be a return customer. Cheers

Pasta is full of flavor definitely better then most restaurants I've been too!

Second time ordering from Pastaman Foodtruck- excellent once again. I had the Alfredo shrimp, hubby had Penne A la Vodka with chicken. Keep up the great food quality and taste. Will definitely be ordering again soon. BTW- my hubby doesn’t like anything and he really loves your pasta!!
