Super nice staff, security lady asking everyone if they are parked on René-Lévesque on rush hour so that no one gets a ticket. Was there mid Pm and it took 25 mins. Was just pissed that I loaded the parking meter for 3 hours .. Keep up the great work!

I went to this office November 3, 2017, and the service was fast and efficient because I only needed to wait 30 minutes to do all the formalities.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Took me only 45 minutes from arrival to the final “‘merci!”.

I lined up in queue with my documents ready and in hand at 7:15am on a Wednesday. The staff spoke really politely and were really kind and helpful. I was out of there by 7:43am. It may have been a faster process for me because I requested expedited service to receive my passport within 2 business days. Nonetheless, I expected it to take much longer but it was an efficient and seamless experience. Hooray!
