Parma-Snow Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library

Well first off I’ve been going to this library for years, I do a lot of faxing, emailing, and using the computer to print important documents out. Today I was rushing to get there because I had to print one thing out that would have literalllt only took me one min to log in and one minute to print, it was 5 till close and all the computers were already shut down. With all the staff seeing me sit down and struggling to log in really quick no one mentioned anything to me. After realizing they were closing I asked an employee are u guys closing and she said yes, I said but I still have a couple minutes can I please just print this out really quick I’ll be done before 530 and she said no wirh an attitude. And tomorrow is Saturday which I have to work in the morning and they close early, and Sunday they are also closed. It’s something I needed for the post office which now I will not be able to print it out in time. I think if this library had a nicer staff that actually told me they were closing instead of watch me waste my time at the computer in the first place I wouldn’t have been so mad. And it’s also rude customer service closing up shop is what they call it early. I don’t care if it’s 5 or 2 min early I still had a couple minutes to print that document out and that’s why I rushed to get there. But all people worry about is getting out of work on time these days. People need to care more about their jobs. That was ridiculous what I had to go through today, rushing to get there all for nothing. Just to have an employee give me an attitude saying they were closed when there was still a couple minutes left. I’ll go to Parma heights library for now on.

Every time we rent a movie its scratched up because someone doesnt know how to take care of a video. I suggest checking the ones that come in whether or not the person told you it was scratched because chances are the previous person renting scratched it and wont take the blame. Its really annoying for those who actually take care of things and would like to watch a movie.

Helpful staff, nice facilities. If you take a little orientation class, you have access to the computer lab, which has a large format printer, cricket, vinyl cutter, computers with Creative Cloud, and more. But if you come within 5 minutes of closing, make sure your books are on the reserve shelf, because they run everyone out as quick as they can.

Great place and people, very helpful staf except for one person I try to avoid him as much as I can. Ive had 2 confrontations with him complained about how I smelled and no one else had a problem, "you have to leave you smell like a gas staion" Not in a friendly or kind business fashion either very rude and snooty looking me from foot to face. If you have a problem with a cutomer you ask them to follow you somewhere a little private as not to make ascene. both times loud and proud, as if to show everybody whos the boss, never smiles not friendly person, in fact by far Ive watched people ask him a question and he behaves as if hes being taking away from something important on the computer, hes to quick and outspoken towards us slow older folks, As for the rest I dont let him be the judgement for the library, the place is great and the rest of the staff is 5 stars,
