I love this place! I can reserve books and movies online, and also view most major magazines from the comfort of my home. Staff is helpful and friendly. Glad this place is in my neighborhood.

I like this library a lot and come here often. The selection is good and the staff are very helpful. I would have rated it five stars. The only problem I have is that the library has gotten very noisy. I understand that the library has a silent room, but I find it quite absurd how some people talk on their cell phones and bring babies or children into the library. I constantly hear crying and screaming and its starting to become ridiculous. This is not a daycare and there is a daycare right next door to the library. I don't understand why people cannot have some decent courtesy to take the children out of library if they are misbehaving or making a lot of noise. I wish the library had stricter rules in regarding the noise level.

Newly renovated , glad they left the entrance it reminds me of a UFO. Passport services, bus passes, book sales and other services. Staff is A-1.

So much better than the Cleveland Public Libraries that I've been to. Awesome staff, and selection of items.

Wonderful library. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable place to read and explore.
