My implant was done with Doctor Aman. Very talented, professional, confident young grad of the University of Toronto. Knows exactly what needs to be done. When he was doing the implant I was at ease and fearless because he knows his task thoroughly. Very nice and polite front desk customer service representative. Also, very neat and clean place. Maintain a high level of hygiene. Highly recommended if you are concerned about top-level treatment.

Parkway has been my family dentist since I was a child. Cost is absolutely outrageous, and dentists are glorified reviewers. I am extremely disappointed with their dental assistants. One was experienced while another was not. The one with experience greatly offended me as she decided to diagnose and address a long term concern with my sinuses. I've had many issues with my sinuses and require surgery. Not being a doctor she decides to diagnose something I did not ask for, and was completely irrelevant to my concerns. I understand she was trying to help, but it did not address my concerns at hand while wasting my time. And while setting up my next appointment she inquires about where I lived to compare her drive to mine and proceeds to jokingly ask for a ride. I do not appreciate at how rude she was and how insensitive she was. There's a difference between experienced and cocky. I pray she does not misdiagnose another patient. Edit: receptionists are just as rude. Not accommodating and very pushy.

I’ve been visiting this office since I was a child and it’s great! Dr. Pasch did my braces 25 years ago and yesterday without an appointment he helped me with a major issue. It’s a great office for all your dental needs.

Dr. Pasch, treatment needs to be more efficient, it is unacceptable to unnecessarily keep braces on for 5 years, bad image on your business

He is the only one who has looked after my teeth all these years. Vicky dental assistant is now my favourite had a filling done 3 weeks ago. She is professional and quite personable.

Zena is the most amazing hygienist. I'm sure the others there are fine, but I've been going to her for 10+ because she has always taken great care of me. My family and I trust her with our teeth, she's gentle, patient, does fantastic work and is always in a happy mood. Can't ask for more. Thank you.

The receptionist was so rude , horrible customer service, she doesn’t want the patients to come in , they charge u random price , They also over charge people they charged me more than 300 dollar for extracting my Teeth , also she told me that they don’t care if the patients don’t come back . Over all this dentist place is a big time rip off ! They also take x-ray for ur teeth for no reason just to charge u extra .

One lady here who assist me in the front desk is rude very rude . Horrible customer service. She’s not approachable. She supposed to help me cause this is my first time to do my cleaning but I got a problem because of our insurance and I’m waiting for confirmation and she’s trying to say that just go if you can’t pay. I don’t recommend this. I was so upset. If there’s a zero star I’ll give zero.

I have never been to a dental office that has been this professional yet caring. What a great bunch of people. From front desk to assistants to doctor. Very caring for All my needs. I have a great fear of dentists, but afterwards always asking myself why I was afraid? My doctor, Dr Sivendra is by far the most qualified dentist I have ever known. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but I am overall dissatisfied with the experience. They performed x-rays and procedures I did not ask for when I had just come for a cleaning so they could overcharge me and my insurance company. Definitely would not recommend this office.
