Blossom Dental Care

Dr. Seema is on par with one of the worst encounters I have ever experienced. This place is unsanitary as she rotates from one patient to another without changing her gloves unless reminded. She does not have a receptionist, so she is very unorganized. I showed up to my dentist appointment to only find out that she forgot to enter it in the system. Then another time I gave my payment and she did not enter it on the system, if I was to misplace my receipt, I would have lost over $1,100. She will never call you to remind you of an appointment and sometimes when you do show up at your time, she will make you wait over 2 hours. The dentist is also not respectful as she cuts people off while they’re talking, has no respect for anyone and does not know what customer service is. There was an encounter where she lashed out on one of her employees and I found this very unprofessional. She is not children friendly and will likely expose them to this toxic environment. The service is also terrible, I have had my braces on for years now because she wanted to collect the insurance payments. She does not cut the braces wires properly which irritates the gums and she does not tighten the wires properly, as they come off easily. Please do not expose yourself to months of headaches and pay a little extra for a quality dentist.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The dentist is very nice, but she seems very stressed, which comes off as very disorganized. I’ve made serveral appointments, I show up and she acts as if an appointment was never made. I do feel bad because she does try but she just isn’t professional. Please just stay clear from this dentist, there are a couple better ones in the area.

Walked in expecting to get my teeth cleaned, walked out with bleeding gums. If you want construction work done on your teeth, come here. If you still want teeth to chew with, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Please do yourself a favour and don't go there. They are very unprofessional. I even question their doctor's degree. They messed up with filling my teeth so bad and tried to fix their mistake with three more visits yet it's not fixed.

Very unprofessional and no ethics at all! Did the worst cavity filling in the world.I also booked an appointment but she took another patient and lied infront of my face. I wont recommend any one to go even near clinic.
