Been a patient for 7 years and I call to book a dental cleaning. The receptionist hung up on me twice and refused to listen to my booking needs. Dr. Hilton seems to stand behind his receptionist of 15 years who claims she did not hang up on me. This is how I am treated at 7 years of business. I moved out of the area and drive over 60 km to go to this clinic who completely disrespected me. Do not go here - they clearly don't care about the clients.

I have been seeing Dr. Karen Boland since I was 2 years old and have only ever had 1 cavity in my 30 years of being on this planet. She and her staff have taken very good care of me and I am grateful for how they've helped keep my smile going. :D
